Big cities like Vienna are attracting more and more people and new apartment blocks, which are very similar to one another, appear out of nowhere. Winegg Realitäten GmbH took on this challenge and started the construction project “Wohnglück in Simmering” and commissioned Karl Seidl Bau GmbH with the implementation.

By the 3rd quarter of 2021, 49 condominiums will be built in the middle of beautiful Simmering with their own underground car parks in a central location near Herderpark and the U3.

The construction company relied on the wall and ceiling formwork solutions from RINGER. The popular RINGER Alu Master formwork and our adaptable 3S platforms were used.

For the formwork of the ceiling, they relied on the Flex formwork and props from RINGER.
